• Crystal art prints can be delivered by a courier services in Singapore. International orders of crystal art prints are available only for 8x8 inches size. For other customised size crystal art prints, please contact us for personalised quote.

• All international orders of crystal art prints DO NOT include insurance, import tax and custom fees and will be the responsibilities of the buyers. DHL may be able to arrange insurance covering the value in respect of loss of or damage to the Shipment, provided that the Shipper so instructs DHL in writing, including by completing the insurance section on the front of the waybill or by DHL’s automated systems and pays the applicable premium. Shipment insurance does not cover indirect loss or damage, or loss or damage caused by delays. Please notify us when making the purchase if you’d like to add insurance options in the shipping cost.

• All items will be ready for dispatch in 2 weeks.

• All art prints are 'made to order' for each customer and not mass produced which means each print is unique with its own combination and placement of crystals. Product photos are for your reference only.

• Crystal art prints are delicate and need to be handled with care. We are not liable for any damage to the print once it has expired the return policy period (within 3 days of delivery)

• Our art gallery quality canvas art prints are printed in Giclee inks with a special coating that prevents the colours from fading. Please keep them away from direct sunlight in order to protect the quality of the canvas and colours.

• International delivery is provided by DHL (for large crystal artwork only) and excludes weekends and holidays.

• Local custom charges and duties may be applied at point of delivery and we are not liable for any additional charges incurred.
